Family Constellations Demo Evening
March 2, 2010 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. - Free
Experience the profound and highly effective method of Family Constellations to release limiting
patterns and reconnect in love with your family and yourself. We will talk about the work
and set constellations to demonstrate what it is all about. As many of you know: You
have to feel it to believe it. Lives change, relationships heal, and hearts open, often for the first time.

Yoga
Gentle Yoga for Beginners & Seniors
Monday Noon 12:00 - 1:00, cost $8
Tuesday Mornings 10:15 – 11:45 am, cost $10
Tuesday Evenings 5:30 – 6:30 pm, cost $8
You are never too old, or young, to do yoga. Yoga postures will help
reverse the aging process by moving each joint through its full range
or motion - stretching and balancing each part. Improving the posture
alone affects every system of the body!
Yin Yoga
Monday Evenings 5:30 - 6:30, cost $8
Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate our joints by holding
deep relaxed poses for several minutes, thereby addressing the
connective tissues. This gentle and calming approach to your body has
a remarkable affect on your overall wellbeing.

Ada Riley

You are welcome to join the Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and Iyengar style yoga classes
at any time. Arrive 5 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing
and bring a yoga mat if you have one (we do have a few mats available
if you forget or don't have a mat). If you have never attended or it
has been awhile since your last class it is a good idea to call the
store before the class, occasionally a class is canceled.
