Kids Read Free July and August!

We're celebrating summer by allowing our customers up to 18 years of age to use their store credit to pay the entire amount of their used children, young adult, craft/hobby and classic titles.  For children/teens who do not have credit or very little credit accumulated we have had several generous customers donate credit to be used for this event.   Parents, grandparents & friends are also welcome to transfer credit to a special child.

So no excuses - bring in or send in the kids and let's read!

Have a great summer!

Workshops & Activities

Book Event
September 18, 2:00 - 4:00 author Gregory R Nokes will be here to discuss and sign copies of his book "Massacred for Gold: The Chinese in Hells Canyon". In 1887, more than thirty Chinese gold miners were massacred on the Oregon side of Hells Canyon, the deepest canyon in North America. Massacred for Gold, the first authoritative account of the unsolved crime, unearths the evidence that points to an improbable gang of rustlers and schoolboys, one only fifteen, as the killers.
